Dominic is a media and entertainment executive with 30 years of experience and accomplishments in entrepreneurial endeavors, strategy/business development, and merchant banking. His specialty/expertise is in 'high profile' Content Finance and Distribution within Filmed Entertainment and Digital Media. Named one of Variety's 'Top 40 Dealmakers', Dominic has consistently been involved with high quality IP, including hit movie Soul Surfer. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School.

Sarah Donnelly

Head of Production

Sarah is a dynamic producer specializing in the development, financing, and production of content across film, television, commercials, and digital media. She excels in transforming creative concepts into successful outcomes through strategic problem-solving and leadership of high-performing production teams. With two decades in the industry, Sarah’s diverse portfolio includes producing for industry giants like Apple and Paramount, work spanning high-profile Super Bowl commercials, feature films with star talent, and innovative digital campaigns. Her proficiency in navigating complex negotiations, coupled with exceptional diplomacy and interpersonal skills, has made her a trusted figure in the industry.

Tiffany Lewis

Controller

Tiffany is a finance and operations professional with a multidisciplinary background spanning accounting, talent management, marketing, and distribution. With over a decade of experience across corporate and startup finance, brand strategy, and content sales, she brings a uniquely integrative approach to managing financial infrastructure in media and entertainment. She holds an MBA with double concentrations in Finance and Marketing from Santa Clara University, where she was named to the Dean’s List, as well as a B.S. in Business Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship from the University of Central Florida. Her career also includes roles in nonprofit finance, wine & spirits and wellness product distribution, and theatrical production management, including contracts with Disney, Live Nation, and Insomniac, reflecting her lifelong connection to the creative industries.

John Baldecchi

Head of Film
and Scripted Content

John is a recognized media executive, business strategist, film and television producer, and educator. He is the Founder and Head of Scripted at Roundtable Entertainment, formerly the CEO of Digital Riot Media, and an educator at Gritnova, an innovative platform focused on global education and storytelling experiences. At Roundtable, John leads strategy across all scripted, Ai and web3. The scripted division focuses on monetization through web3, feature films, episodic series, and podcasts - capitalizing on the exploding demand for premium IP. As a producer and studio executive, John has produced dozens of high-profile projects with A-list talent, generating major box office and viewership success. Notable credits include Happy Death Day and Happy Death Day 2U, The Mexican and Point Break. Earlier in his career, he served as president of a Disney-based production company, leading strategic development across a diverse slate of projects which included Jerry Maguire, As Good As It Gets and many others.

Jessica Schwartz

Head of Development

Jessica has led scripted and unscripted development at ITV, Team Whistle, Telepictures, and Collins Avenue, and producing and casting for shows and development projects at NBC Peacock, E!, Sony, Lifetime, Nickelodeon, Netflix, Entertainment Studios, Bravo, and ABC. She was a producer on Peacock’s Siwa’s Dance Pop Revolution, co-produced Roundtable’s #AMFAD All My Friends Are Dead (Tribeca Premiere) - and was co-producer on Dinner With Gavin Rossdale (Vizio). A graduate of the University of the Arts (BFA Directing and Producing) and Full Sail University (MFA in Film, Advanced Achievement Recipient), Jessica began her career directing and assisting at top NYC and Philadelphia theaters. She now serves as Co-President of the Hollywood Radio & Television Society Associates Division (2025–2026), leading its 500+ members and fostering mentorship and community across Hollywood.

Alex Dundas

Head of Unscripted Content

Alex has operated at the most senior level of unscripted TV development, sales and production in both the US and the UK. He's worked with industry powerhouse Mark Burnett at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer and was formerly Head of ITV Entertainment for ITV America. He's led creative strategy, devised, developed and sold a variety of shows to streamers, networks and cable-nets and managed big budget shows from conception through to delivery. His development credits include Beat Shazam with Jamie FoxxTKO with Kevin HartMy Mom Your Dad (with Greg Daniels) - and Steve Harvey’s Funderdome. He has an extensive track record as a show runner. His producing credits include Big BrotherThe ContenderDancing On Ice, Comic Relief, Ant & Dec’s Saturday Night Takeaway and many more.

Patrick Galvin

Head of Corporate Development & Strategy

Patrick brings over a decade of experience working in content strategy, licensing, and corporate development. As an early hire to support Apple’s entry into streaming, he helped build out Apple TV+, shepherding high profile deals, including Apple’s licensing of the Peanuts franchise. Previously, he advised AMC Networks on expanding its partnership with The Walking Dead creator Robert Kirkman and supported Charter’s $80B acquisition of Time Warner Cable. Patrick earned his MBA and Masters in Artificial Intelligence from Northwestern University and holds a BA from Harvard University where he developed and produced original live storytelling events, laying the groundwork for his continued passion for storytelling.

Josh Kagan

Chief Operating Officer

Josh is an accomplished media executive with over 15 years of experience at the intersection of entertainment and technology. Prior to Roundtable, Josh founded a production company focused on innovative sports TV formats and previously held senior roles in business development and strategy at Sony Pictures Television and Live Nation.

Chris Mirošević

GM - FAST Channels

Chris is an entertainment industry veteran with 15 years of experience in the financial, creative and analytical sides of business. Most recently he was Senior Manager, Growth at Team Whistle. By combining the audience data, research, IP, and creative strategy he worked on building a more holistic, insights-driven activation model to drive company performance and revenues. Prior to that he was a Co-Founder and Head of Marketing for Silent Legends, a mobile video game studio. He spearheaded the team that developed and launched two mobile video games on iOS and Android. Additionally, Chris worked on the team that financed and produced the critically acclaimed feature film, Soul Surfer, and the Broadway play Breakfast at Tiffany’s.
